We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note the following guidelines for returns:

1. The lashes must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on lashes that have been used or opened due to hygiene reasons.

2. To initiate a return, please login to your account with us within 14 days of your purchase. Everything you need to initiate the return is available there for you.

3. When shipping the lashes back to us, please ensure that they are securely packaged and include the original packaging, your RMA number, and your name and order number inside the package.

4. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.

5. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy guidelines. Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, depending on your preference.

6. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. If you opted for store credit, it will be available for immediate use.

7. If you received damaged or incorrect lashes, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance. We will gladly resolve the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, including the return shipping costs in such cases.
